Incident Report for SCORM Cloud

From 3:16 PM to 3:17 PM central time, SCORM Cloud users may have noticed instability (higher error rates, slow response times) in the service. This was caused by a master database server restart that was necessary to mitigate the recently-published Spectre/Meltdown security vulnerabilities.
